Your privacy is very important to by Bliss. We therefore comply with the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do at the web store with information that we learn about you.

Process order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to be able to handle it properly. We may then provide your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this we use your payment details, name and address details, gender, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We do this based on your permission. We keep this information until your order is completed and seven years thereafter (that is the legal obligation to retain).

For this service we use the navigation and location software on your phone, tablet or computer. We have no control over what the creators of this software (such as Google Maps) do with it. So always read their privacy statements.

Providing to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the aforementioned partners, we will not, under any circumstances, give your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police so require in the event of a suspicion of a crime). Social media buttons are included in our web store. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.

Our webshop uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so that you do not always have to enter it. But we can also see that you visit us again.
