General conditions

It is important that you read the general conditions carefully before you place an order. If you place an order with you declare that you agree with these terms and conditions and you enter into a legally binding agreement to purchase one or more articles and you have a payment obligation.

Order confirmation
As soon as you have placed an order with us you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. On the order confirmation you will find an overview of the ordered items and their costs, including shipping costs and VAT.

Order and pay
The prices quoted are in Euros including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

If your payment is not credited to our account within 7 days, your order will be considered canceled.

How does iDEAL work? You can pay with iDEAL in a few steps:
* You place an order for one or more products

As soon as the amount has been received, your order will be sent to the postal carrier within a few days (if available). We work together with several mail carriers such as PostNL / TNT / DPD / DHL. You will receive a message as soon as your order has been sent. If a certain product is not in stock, this is stated with the specific product. You will always receive a message if the delivery takes a little longer than you are used to, including the expected delivery time. After sending your order, we have no further influence on the delivery and we are entirely dependent on the deliveries and services of the postal carrier. Parcel post is generally delivered to you within 1 to 3 business days. You can place your order 24 hours a day. Your order will be processed by from Monday to Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Orders are offered to the postal service provider at 5 p.m., please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Delivery time
We strive to send your order within 3 working days after receiving the payment.
In the unlikely event that the item is out of stock or not available, you will be notified by e-mail. You will of course be given the opportunity to cancel the order.

Shipping and packaging costs
For sending your order, the standard rates of the postal carrier are used. For deliveries in the Netherlands when the order exceeds € 75, Bliss will pay for the shipping costs. The shipping costs for small (flat) orders that fit through the letterbox (letterbox post) amount to € 3.95 euros.
Adjusted shipping costs apply to shipments outside the Netherlands and within Europe. The shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place an order.
You can also choose to have the order sent insured, the costs arising from this are for the customer.
We do not charge packaging costs such as shipping boxes and bubble wrap. We always pack gifts for you for free.

Liability is not liable for the loss or damage of sent articles. Exchange and return
If your online order does not meet your expectations, you as a buyer have the right to return the item within 14 days. The item must then be returned undamaged and neatly packed after by Bliss. See the conditions under this paragraph. The costs that come with this are for the account of the buyer.

Complaints / warranty
Do you have any complaints regarding the delivered goods or other matters? Please contact us by e-mail within 48 hours and we will do everything possible to reach a satisfactory solution. Every product that you purchase at has a guarantee on production and manufacturing errors. We adhere to the official guarantee periods set by suppliers, importers and manufacturers. However, the buyer cannot invoke the guarantee in the event of:
